PUBLIC NOTICE – PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING – JULY 12, 2022
The West Manchester Township Planning Commission will meet in person on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
All interested parties are invited to attend. Persons with disabilities may contact the Township office at (717)792-3505 to discuss how best to accommodate your needs.
The meeting will continue to be live streamed on the West Manchester Township Parks and Recreation Facebook page. Questions will not be taken live via the Facebook platform at the meeting, but individuals may still ask questions in-person or submit questions by noon on Monday, July 11, 2022 via email to info@wmtwp.com to be answered at the Planning Commission meeting.

Due to the designation of York County as a community of “low-risk” for the transmission of COVID-19, West Manchester Township, in accordance with CDC guidelines, will lift its mask mandate for all public meetings immediately and recommends that individuals make their decision to wear a mask based on their personal preference, informed by their personal level of risk.

ZHB 22-19 – Codorun Farms, Inc. – requests an interpretation §150-363.A Permits and §150-229.A Fences and in the alternative a variance of 150-363.A Permits and §150-229.A Fences to allow stone pillars as part of a fence and gate to exceed the maximum height of an agricultural/livestock fence located at 3 Hokes Mill Road (Tax Map: HH; Parcel: 0033) in the Rural Residential Zone and Agricultural Zone.
ZHB 22-20 – Scott and James Covington – request a special exception §150-290 to replace or substitute one nonconforming use (warehousing and rentals of plastic highway barriers, textiles and chain link fencing) with another nonconforming use (warehousing and storage of plastic) located at 2110 Brougher Lane (Tax Map: 07; Parcel 0002) in the Highway Commercial Zone.
T-870 Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan for Proposed Car Wash Facility for BLM Assets, Inc. – to depict the construction of a proposed car wash and associated improvements on a 1.366-acre parcel (Lot 13 created by a separate subdivision plan) located at 715 Town Center Drive in the Regional Commercial Zone. Tabled at the request of the applicant at the June 14, 2022 meeting.
