On behalf of the West Manchester Township Board of Supervisors and staff, our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims, their families and all of those affected by senseless tragedy that occurred at the UPMC hospital in West Manchester Township today.  

We are extremely grateful to those who responded to this event, and especially to those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. The brave and selfless actions of the officers on scene undoubtedly prevented further harm to the innocent bystanders unwillingly involved.
