TOWNSHIP UPDATES RIGHT TO KNOW POLICY
At its meeting of September 24th, the Board of Supervisors unanimously voted to update the West Manchester Township Right to Know (RTK) Policy. The change to this policy states that all requests shall be made in writing to the Township’s Open Records Officer on the official Pennsylvania Office of Open Records’ Standard Right-to-Know Request Form. The policy previously did not have this stated.
