PENN WASTE HOLIDAY UPDATE: Penn Waste collection will remain unchanged for both the Christmas and New Years holidays. Penn Waste is asking Friday customers to please put their trash/recycling curbside on Thursday evening as their crews will be starting earlier Friday so that they can enjoy time with their families.
