PUBLIC HEARING AUGUST 19, 2020 – HADLEIGH DRIVE & WEST MARKET STREET REZONING REQUEST
The West Manchester Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider the rezoning request of two (2) properties on Wednesday, August 19, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. at the Shiloh Fire Hall in the open-air equipment bays located at 2190 Carlisle Road, York, PA. This venue will allow for appropriate social distancing in accordance with the Executive Order signed by Governor Wolf effective July 16, 2020.
REZONING REQUEST for two (2) parcels along West Market Street (US Route 30) and Hadleigh Drive (UPI #: 51-000-27-0302-00 and 51-000-HG-0007E-00) for a portion of each parcel currently zoned Professional Office (PO) to be rezoned to Highway Commercial (HC). The portion of one (1) of the properties currently zoned R-2 Residential is not part of this application and will remain zoned R-2 Residential.
This public hearing will be advertised in the York newspaper, on the West Manchester Township website and the West Manchester Township Parks & Recreation Facebook page. Signs will also be posted on the properties included in the rezoning request. Due to the nature of the Covid-19 pandemic, please continue to check the West Manchester Township website for possible changes to this public hearing.
All interested parties wishing to be heard are invited to attend the public meeting. Persons attending must practice social distancing and must wear a mask at all times while in the Shiloh Fire Hall.
